Kyle was vey informative with what I needed to know about the possibility of having mold in my home. I would recommend his company for sure. Quick response to come out and also getting the report for the air testing within 24 hours.

RJ and his team were great! We had several different spaces that needed mold remediation. They came in and got the job done in a week as quoted. We also had a few additional things that needed fixed and the team jumped right into it. They did excellent work, were professional, responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We received multiple quotes, and while Mold Only wasn't the lowest, the scope of work was significantly more comprehensive than the others. With mold remediation, I believe that the scope of the work is extremely important (having been through this before in another house). The overall quote was very reasonable given everything that was included/needed. We really appreciate your thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you RJ and team!

RJ from Mold Only came out to our home to help diagnose an awful musty odor that tends to fill the cabinets around our kitchen sink. He quickly inspected our dishwasher, the dry wall behind it, the base boards and cabinets. While his inspection didn't reveal we had mold (Thank goodness!) he did run an air quality for our peace of mind. It's wonderful working with such dependable and honest businesses like RJ and the crew at Mold Only!

We contacted Mold Only at the first sign of mold on an AC vent, and they responded immediately. They were at our home within 2 hours, assessed the situation, and provided an audit outlining what needed to be done to correct the problem. The work began a couple of days later, and they thoroughly cleaned every vent and boot. Communication with the entire team was exceptional, and the price was very fair for remediating an issue that cannot be ignored. We highly recommend Mold Only for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work.
