I had a mold issue on one of my AC vents. I called MOLD ONLY and the owner, RJ Moulton, came out to my home and immediately addressed the issue. I will be using MOLD ONLY to service my HVAC system at my new home.

My condo is now free of mold thanks to the MoldOnly. They made it easy and worked quickly. I can safely breathe again in my home!

We had Mold Only out to inspect an area that we were concerned had mold due to water intrusion. They inspected the area and found no mold!! They offered a low cost preventative service to help reduce chance of mold in the future. The team was friendly and they left the area of service cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend Mold Only for any mold concerns.

Great company with great turnaround time! Communication was top notch. I recommend Mold Only Inc as your first stop with any water intrusion or mold issues. I had water intrusion under a baseboard and RJ sent John and Kyle the very next morning. Quote was given on the spot. Once approved, they had all the material needed and were able to complete repairs the same day!! John and Kyle were great. Very knowledgeable, punctual and explained the entire process. 10 stars ⭐️

Five stars! I had some issues with mold around the air vents in my home. I called up Mold Only and they were able to come out quickly to have a look. Great, polite service! They checked out what was going on and even had a look through my attic, then clearly explained what was happening, my options for treatment, and how to prevent it moving forward. Fair pricing and no pushy sales practices. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Every South Florida homeowner needs a go to HVAC guy, a trusted plumber, a good roofer and as I just (unfortunately) found out.....a mold remediation specialist. Mold Only was great to work with. On time, on target. I'd happily recommend them...in fact I guess I just did.

DON'T USE ANYONE ELSE. I've had 4 homes in Florida between 6000 and 3000 square feet and have had to enroll other mold remediation companies on just about every home. RJ is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, reliable, conscientious, and polite workers I've ever had. This company stands head and shoulders above the rest in South Florida, which is notorious for workers that are unreliable and untrustworthy. You will get the TRUTH from him and will learn a lot. He is committed to doing a thorough inspection and was a welcome relief during my recent water intrusion experience.
