HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mold Only is truly a lifesaving company! The dangers of mold, especially to someone with respiratory issues or compromised immune systems, can be terrifying. My son has asthma and had been coughing a lot, especially at night. This was to the point of needing his inhaler. We suspected mold and called a different company for an inspection. They poked around and said we were fine. Call it mom instinct, I needed a second opinion. We ended up having our air conditioning unit FULL of black mold. This was coating all of the air ducts as well. Having the entire system thoroughly cleaned and installing a state of the art filter with UV protection made an immediate and drastic difference!!!! My son’s cough was completely gone and even without asthma there was a noticeable difference in air quality. I can’t recommend Mold Only highly enough! RJ goes above and beyond with concern for the safety of his clients. The thoroughness of his expert work is top tier in an industry that can be a dime a dozen. Great company with great turnaround time! Communication was top notch. I recommend Mold Only Inc as your first stop with any water intrusion or mold issues. I had water intrusion under a baseboard and RJ sent John and Kyle the very next morning. Quote was given on the spot. We had Mold Only out to inspect an area that we were concerned had mold due to water intrusion. They inspected the area and found no mold!! They offered a low cost preventative service to help reduce chance of mold in the future. The team was friendly and they left the area of service cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend Mold Only for any mold concerns.
