Our virtual estimates for mold are designed to give our clients fast estimates without the hassle of scheduling an appointment. Virtual estimates are subject to change if the discovery of other issues that are found during the project which were not noted or photographed in this submission form.
Usually, these estimates are accurate for minor to medium size mold remediation projects. If you feel your project is large or complicated, we prefer to have one of our trained estimators visit you at the property. Usually this includes kitchen or bathroom mold removal projects where the issue may be behind the cabinets or tile. Should we feel we are unable to provide an accurate estimate without seeing the property in person, we will contact you to schedule an appointment
