We recently had a flood in our condo apartment, which subsequently required a remediation expert after mold developed. How fortunate we were (during our resulting "nightmare") to be referred to RJ at Mold Only by our public adjuster! RJ immediately made an appointment to come to our home to inspect & discuss our problem. After the visit, he communicated with us step by step, guiding us with sincere concern for our health. It became necessary to evacuate our apartment, and Mold Only did a thorough remediation, testing the air as needed, & communicating when it was safe for us to return. We were overwhelmed by RJ's thoroughness, & had complete trust in his instructions. We came home to find our apartment thoroughly cleaned & immaculate! Mold Only went above & beyond our expectations, and we unequivocally & wholeheartedly recommend this company if you are in need of remediation!

Excellent service. I called RJ the night before, after normal business hours, for a mold inspection on a new home I am purchasing. Not only did they answer but had their tech Kyle (also EXCELLENT) there first thing in the morning and were able to get me the lab results same day due to my time constraints.
